Field of Colors 🌻🌅
The beautiful field of Coreopsis blooming at Myakka River State Park. These wildflowers only bloom once a year in the month of May. Definitely worth a visit to the park this time of the year.
Wow! The International Space Station, orbiting Earth at 17,500mph, transits over the full Flower Moon last night, as seen from Anna Maria Island, FL 🛰🌕 The window to capture this transit lasted a mere 0.87 seconds. One of the hardest things I have ever photographed.
During the summer months in Florida you can sit on the beach and watch the storms roll off into the gulf. This beautiful thunderstorm blew up along the southwest Florida coastline right as the sun was setting. Storm season gives us some of the most amazing sunsets ⛈🔥🌅
My first lightning strike of 2020 ⚡️
As a strong front moved through South Florida, I was out shooting under the Ringling Bridge in Sarasota. Conditions were super tough with the wind and rain but still managed to capture this one strike thanks to my @strikefinderphoto trigger 📸
